Zero Rez did an outstanding job on my carpets. The technician was very honest and open about what he thought he could do and or couldn't do to bring some life back to my carpet. Man all I can say is WHAT A GREAT JOB he did. I certainly will use them again and the integrity of the technician was very refreshing.
Fantastic all around! Our friendly technician did a thorough assessment of our carpet needs, explained everything concisely and clearly, worked efficiently, and even took care of our upstairs hallway at no additional cost. We are very pleased with our carpets and will definitely use and recommend Zerorez in the future.
They where on time, thorough, and even got dried slime out of my carpets leaving them looking brand new.
I have used Zerorez a few times and floors look beautiful. But best of all. They show up on time, are friendly, and courteous and never pressure you to purchase any other service. I recommend you give them a try.

Technicians arrived on time and were very prompt with service. They were very knowledgeable about etiology of carpet stains, life of carpet and pet stains. Buyer beware! when you call to schedule your appointment you get a lot of "your technician will discuss any additional charges with you.", I had 3 rooms, a hallway and a stairway cleaned. Over the phone I was told $189.00. I expected maybe 300.00 after my carpet got black lighted. I have 3 small dogs. In the end it cost $601.00 with additional add ons. Overall pleased but... read more

Just had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez and they look amazing! Our technician, Kwame, was on time, was very professional and did an excellent job!
Floors look great! We have small children and a dog so floors were dripped all over and stained. Carpet looks like new!
