Technicians were on time and very professional. We have two dogs so our carpets get beat up. Zerorez always does a fantastic job and they leave the carpets looking and smelling new. We've used Zerorez many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

My technician was wonderful (so sorry I can't remember his name!). Answered all of my questions, helped me move the heavy furniture I couldn't move myself, and did a wonderful job of leaving my carpets in fantastic condition - and they're so clean! Will definitely call Zero Rez again.

The technicians were fantastic - very professional and nice. However, their equipment or the techniques they're taught aren't up to snuff. I had them come in to clean up after a house training puppy and my entire house ended up smelling worse - like mildew or an old sock. My carpets were soggy wet for over 24 hours - which other cleaners said means the carpet padding was inappropriately saturated and would quickly mildew.
