These guys are AWESOME! Honestly we didn't know what to expect because of the mixed reviews but our carpet is like new! I wish we would have known about them sooner. Shout out to Damarcus for being courteous, professional, and looking out for our needs. Peace of mind because the kids rooms are clean and sanitized at an affordable price. Thanks Zerorez! i took a small oriental wool rug that had been stained and bled from my dog's urine. i had taken it to anothe place and was told they could not get out the bleeding and maynot be able to save the rug, told me to throw it away. they wanted to keep it and said they would throw it away for me, now i know why. Zerorez got out the smell, the bleeding and it looks great. thank you.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Zerorez. Kenson (the technician) came out to clean my bedroom carpets. I had cleaned the carpets 4 times with my own carpet cleaner and used 3 different soaps and solutions but nothing got my puppy's pee pee odor out of the room. Hi folks, Sorry if this sounds rantish but I wanted to get this out there. I had a terrible experience with ZeroRez carpet cleaners and wanted to get the word out to be cautious when dealing with them. My wife and I had used them before (groupon/living social deals) and found their service to be excellent. We had a "pet incident" where our dog was peeing in the upstairs hallway, my wife yelled NO, and the dog ran down the stairs still peeing.
