Zerorez did an awesome job with cleaning my carpets. What put them above all others in customer service was the fact that a week after they came my dog had a seizure in my living room. Zerorez came back out and cleaned that part of the carpet again the same day I called them! And they did not charge me!! I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family!
Thomas came out to the Magic Man's house yesterday & made it almost BRAND NEW! Cleaned the whole house & with 3 dogs, tons of family members & just life he made his house cleaner than CLEAN! Jon just cleaned our carpets and got out a really bad greasy-oily stain from our dining room! He was very professional and our 3 rooms and hallway look great! so glad I got in on their July special! Funny thing, when he came to my door, he looked like my son! same height and beard AND name! that is eerie!
Very professional workers and the treatments they used are top notch. They removed stains from our upholstery that I thought would never come out and our carpet feels brand new again. I highly recommend!
I am absolutely amazed at how well they cleaned two rooms and how FAST-- 15 minutes, no lie. One of my dogs had peed all over my bedroom carpet and I was sure that the smell and stains would never come out, but now my carpet looks (and smells) brand new. GREAT job, guys! Definitely will be using again in the future.
My husband and I heard about zerorez on jake fm. We decided to give them a try. We have 3 dogs, 3 cats and a raccoon and 5 kids.. the carpets were horrible even after we cleaned them anout 6 months ago ourselves. Zerorez cleaned our 2 livingrooms and the hallway and you can not tell they were ever dirty.. they did an awesome job. We will definitely have them come out again.
