Zerorez cleaned one bedroom, the hall, and the living room in our home the later part of March. Since we have two inside dogs, one large and one medium, there was a lot of tracked in dirt and stains. Awesome cleaning service with stellar customer service.
They were fantastic! Introduced themselves, worked together, and were very informative! My husband heard about them on the radio. Our apt was between 12-3 but they had a cancellation and gave me the option for them coming early! Which was very helpful!!!
Great service! I requested info Thursday via yelp and within an hour I had a phone call from them. Had an emergent in the middle of the call and asked for them to call me back, I never thought they would, they did and we scheduled the appointment for the very next day. Technician was on time, walked us through what he was going to do, did exactly that and carpets look and feel great! He was in and out in about 2.5 hrs (cleaned 4 rooms, hallway and stairs). The service tech was nice. They were on time which is a must in my book. However, we just had our carpets cleaned Monday and they already look dingy and matted down. I also got talked into a spray for the high traffic area and I don't see a single difference. He cleaned my laundry room. I went to clean up a very small puddle of water snd the paper towel was black! I thought it was just scrubbed?!?! Decent service, but not $194!!!!!!
Erik came to clean our carpets and did the most amazing job. Plus, he was super nice and hilarious, I will definitely request him next time!
Highly recommended! My technician was Thomas Head. Amazing! Went into detail as to what he was doing and why. Very friendly and welcoming. Did and amazing job on my carpet. Extremely thourough. When I called to book my appointment they were out the next day and called 20 minutes before they were there! Will definitely use again if ever needed!
I would recommend Zerorez to anyone. They were professional, on time and polite. We had planned on them only cleaning one 8 ft round rug, but the tech said "In all good faith I can't charge you for just that one small rug". So he ended up cleaning the living room area rug as well and it looks fantastic. I will be having them clean my other 3 area rugs when the time comes.
What a great experience! Jon called about 20 minutes before arriving, like they tell you the technician will do. He was friendly to my dogs and knew about my Husky with epilepsy and my concern for fumes. I was so impressed with him and the service. I will definitely recommend to my friends!!
