They were easy to call and set up an appointment with. They came out two days later. They gave me three hour window, but were there at the top of the window. They gave me a 30 min heads up courtesy call. They did a thorough job and were done super quick. I would definitely use them again.
James came out right away to help clean my carpets! He even offered to be there the same day I called. Very professional and the fact that everything was onboard his truck was amazing. Didn’t even need to use the power in our house. Definitely number one on my list for cleaning needs in the future.
I called yesterday and James came out today to clean the carpets. James was very nice and did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond to get our carpets clean. My son has severe asthma and this company does not use harsh chemicals to clean with which is a blessing. The carpets are not crunchy after cleaning, they are soft and the house smells great. We will use them again.
