I would give 0 stars if possible. Didn't do a thing. I have brand new carpet and I paid 200 for them to clean and do a pet treatment. They even came out again because the smell was still there. You are better off using vinegar and water. I wasted money I could have used for the holidays. I thought using a company would be better since I am pregnant and I don't want my newborn to be around the smell of urine. But after two"treatments" and cleanings, it didn't work.
They were on time and worked fast and did an awesome job. Thank you! I will definitely use them again.
Zerorez Oklahoma cleaned my carpets yesterday & it was a very rewarding. experience. The technician was very professional & took the time & effort throughout the job to ensure that I was satisfied.
Our carpets had not been cleaned in a long time and now they look wonderful! I was so impressed with how professional they are. I had planned on the 3 room special but after seeing the great results decided to have the stairs done. Great company and I highly recommend them!
We had allot of staining in our old carpet before we moved in. Thomas Head showed up on time and was very professional! He explained about their process and did am excellent job. The carpets look amazing!
We have used Zerorez for 3yrs now and I highly recommend them for pet odor/stains. Erik did an amazing job making our carpet clean, soft & fluffy with no residue! He also gives tips on how to keep your carpet looking it's best and lasting longer. Over the yrs I have used several other companies and none compare to Zerorez.
We had Our carpets and a rug cleaned by zerorez yesterday. Did a great job and no more pet smell on the carpet. They are very polite and informative. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to get there carpets clean!!
I was so impressed with this company! I'm definitely planning to have them out on a yearly basis. My carpets are so clean and fluffy - all without a residual chemical smell. Erik was so nice and was super helpful in explaining how to care for my carpets to make them last longer. Give them a try!!
Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend for pet odor/stains. Would've given 5 stars but they're a little pricey. One room and a sofa was $223 but they did an excellent job!!!
