I wouldn’t even give them a one star rating . They are not even worth it the time. I booked a property for me and my family over a month and now they said they haven’t got the allocation of rooms for all my family and they cancel two days before my trip. Their customer service is appalling can’t even contact them no number nothing no reviews it is ridiculous. They won’t even help me find somewhere else or give compensation for the amount of money I have to pay now.
Awful customer service. These people shouldn’t be allowed to run a business like this. They must have double booked the 5 bed apartment in leicester and then cancelled a few days before. As well as that, they gave some dumb excuse for the reason they had to cancel it. Don’t give your money to this company. They need to drown so that the bailiffs come see them in their personal space.
