Service was terrible. I don't generally take the time to post, but this was bad. We started off with one server and then it was passed on to another server. However, it took the second one 20 minutes to come by. After our appetizers arrived, it took another 20 minutes for the server to asks if we wanted to have dinner orders placed. The original menu item I tried to order apparently they didn't carry any more, so I had to switch it. It seemed like the hookah bar was the main draw. The food was horrible. But the service was great.
The restaurant had a cozy mood, and the menu offered enough variety to keep things interesting.
Love this place! Zikreyat has such a great atmosphere, especially with the new renovations. it looks amazing. The staff are super friendly and the customer service is top notch. Plus, it’s my favorite hookah spot. Definitely one of my go to places for Lebanese food and vibes.
