A lovely peaceful salon. I had a gel manicure and pedicure with Tony - he was really gentle and thorough. Thank you!
The salon just added nail services, and I’m so glad I tried them. The nail artist was kind, professional, and really talented. My nails came out amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
Still stand by this statement, far better places to go in Watford!!! The fact that this the salon cannot just simply apologise is beyond me with their customer service. There are x3 beauty salons on the high street I’d recommend over this one. Poor attitude continues based on reviews I can see. Just own up and say sorry rather than express the bs about the groupon voucher and date. I wouldn’t even go to this salon if the treatment offered was FREE! Definitely disagree with some of the negative feedback and reviews on this company. I’ve been using Zeba hair and beauty salon in watford for soo many years. Even though I do not live in watford no more I still travel longer time to get to this beauty salon as it’s closer to my car businesses offices All treatments I’ve recieved from the ladies have always been on point.
