Unfortunately this salon gave me the worst bikini wax ive ever had - lots of hair was missed, meaning Ive had to use other hair removal. Also was quoted 18.75 when booking on treatwell and was charged 27 instead for a high bikini, something that wasnt explained to me. Left with a rash and sore skin and lots of missed hairs. Really disappointed and despite contacting the owner, I have had no response. Really disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and Sandy always does my nails perfectly! She is the best. The other nail technicians seem less experience but they are all very friendly and even do nail art etc.

+Adding after reading the owner's response. While I appreciate your quick response, you haven’t addressed any of the points I raised in my original review. I would be surprised if you saw the technician and I ‘discussing and chatting,’ as there was hardly any conversation except for me pointing out the nails that needed fixing and it was hot when I felt the burning sensation.
