I have completed my 3 session starter package and am super impressed with YRD1 - great instructors, great facilities and equipment, good tunes and a good timetable. I have signed up to a package as spinning is giving me such a buzz and I am already feeling like I am improving. All the members are welcoming and it feels like a supportive friendly community. I have been a member at yrd1 for 2.5 years. The best life choice I have ever made, was booking an introductory class. Not to be dramatic, but yrd1 literally changed my life. I began going to classes with the intention of loosing weight after having a baby, but actually, the focus of my workouts very quickly became about supporting my mental health as well as my physical health. The most fun ive ever experienced in a Gym class! High energy, empowering coaches, cool lighting throughout- the themed ride songs have been my favourite 😍. I wanted to try the spin class long before I did, and now I wish id braved it sooner! YRD fan over here !!

I’ve trained at YRD1 Gym many times, mainly for the scrap sessions, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience. Ben and Angela’s knowledge in fitness and boxing is exceptional, and their energy and positivity make every session both mentally and physically rewarding. Training with them is not only effective but an absolute joy. I couldn’t recommend YRD1 Gym and their amazing team more highly!
