Very rude people, shouted a lot at customers who wanted to ask simple questions didn’t want to work with us and also gave very bad prices compare to Other gold shops
Was actually recommended this place by one of my friends he bought some jewelry from here. So after having a good word about this place, I thought I’d go to buy a 10g 24k block of gold. The current gold trading price was £850 for 10 g this place offered me to buy the same amount £1058, drive 15 minutes into the jewellery quarter to Lois bullion and got the same ammount for £882 nearly £200 LESS then their price
Family jewellery shop, we have been using it for years however it's not the same customer service any more
Excellent service, honest and trustworthy jewellers with lovely designs, once left an earring to get repaired and forgot to pick it up, 7 years later I was able to retrieve it as they still kept it safe
