I met two lovely ladies in this store this past week. We wanted a few of the new range of hard case suitcases, and the ladies made no problem of going upstairs to find the colours we wanted and were so willing to go out of their way to help. Thanks so much again!
Always good variety of quality items. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Two strong young staff refused to help a 60+ year old to bring 5 heavy bags of donations into the shop and never even said thank you. Just plain rude. The remaining 6 bags went to another store where they appreciated it.
