The prices in here are insane, you could buy new for the same price or cheaper. The stock never changes (probably because no one buys it). Honestly, so out of touch with retail prices. The other charity shops in the area are much better and have more realistic prices with a good turnover of stock.
Lovely shop, staff are very friendly and dealt with a dubious customer very well with great communication. Will definitely be coming back again
Been coming here since the week it opened but in the last 12 months I've seen a dramatic change, especially in prices. Everything used to be priced reasonably but now, it's eye watering especially on clothing. Charge over £8 for primark or supermarket clothing, £3+ for damaged or ripped teddy bears & toys ( that's when stuff is priced ) the staff have all changed, the lovely ladies who used to work there have gone & some of the current staff are quite rude & snappy when you ask a price, the quality of furniture has also decl... read more
Tried to donate items 4 times and each time they come up with a different ridiculous excuse to why they don't want it. Surely charity shops should take whatever (within reason) they are offered as ITS FOR CHARITY! But no, only items that are absolutely pristine, heaven forbid should it have a single mark on then they can't accept! Tried to donate today again with just a few simple items (photo frames etc) and again was turned away at the door as they have too much and haven't had chance to sort through what they have been do... read more
Prices have risen on items ref clothing over the past couple of months I think the person pricing the items is being greedy and not helping generate sales and turnover of stock won’t be visiting for a few months to check prices of items before making purchase again
