Store was great when first opened but prices have absolutely sky rocketed. I understand it for normal retailers but when operating on a volunteer basis with donations from the public there is absolutely no reason for prices to be increasing to that level. I have had collections on furniture denied due to ‘marks’. Bear in mind this is an antique table with very minimal marking that they could easily sell for upwards of £50. I went into one of your shops on a Saturday to ask for an item from the window, I was told that all the items in the window were not for sale till the following Wednesday, but as I was passing on the Monday I noticed the item I wanted was no longer there, went inside to ask if it was still in the shop only to be told that it had been sold, most disappointing, I have only ever donated to air ambulance and bought many items from there , spending over £60 the week before, needless to say that won't be happening again, not if yo... read more
