Awful customer service , rude manager and an assistant manager that couldn't care less. Made a complete mess of our holiday booking, hotel unsuitable, wrong room booked and food inedible. Stay clear and book elsewhere.
Customer service has definitely taken a massive nose dive! Been in twice recently looking to buy x2 separate holidays & on both occasions I wasn’t met with a smile, no warm welcome or anything, just a simple look to call me over & then a stare as if to say “What you want!?” Then when I asked if I can have some info please on a certain holiday, the reply was “Do you know exactly what you want because im busy at the moment so maybe have a look online & come back in once you know exactly what you want!” Like i’m an inconvenienc... read more
