I received excellent customer service from claire at co op travel .she went above and beyond she should have finished at 5pm but i didnt leave untill 5.45 going through my booking she was the true meaning of great customer service .Thank you
I always receive excellent service from Co-operative Travel in Coventry city centre. Julie and Claire look after me whenever I visit, and there is always such a warm and friendly welcome. They are both incredibly helpful, always willing to assist, and nothing ever feels too much trouble.
