Went to burton shop to book a holiday for 8 of us usually see Shannon who is always helpful she was busy so a young man called Alex asked us if he could help he told us he'd only been there 5 weeks is help was exceptional couldn't have been easy for him being 8 of us thanks Alex for putting up with us

Really helpful friendly staff..nothing too much trouble, and Jo the manager found our perfect holiday..really good customer service and friendly team..highly recommend.
