just went to ask some information for a holiday the least helpful colleague ever....I was unsure about where to stop and if direct flights from Birmingham hence the reason for visiting for some information and it was like talking g to a brick wall...no offer to try and help answer my questions waste of time in my opinion
Have used this branch for years but this time probably be the last we exchanged few £thousand me and my wife and was told what you dont use we will exchange back to sterling we came back off a fantastic hoiday went back with a amount of dollars but they would not exchange as they did not have a enough sterling on site as for security reasons told me to try tomorrow or day after you in a major store with over a £100.000 on site totally dont care so keep your money and use your bank natwest who I bank with took the foreign cur... read more
