Sadly my mum passed away six weeks before she was due to go on her cruise and she wasn't insured at that time. With the production of the appropriate paperwork, Sarah was able to work with P&O and the coach company to change the name on the booking so that the cruise was not lost. It's not just about the sale, it's the after sales service that people need to consider. Thanks to all the staff at the Beeston branch.

Arnold branch were useless and lack lustre on two inquiry occasions with no follow up. Beeston were superb and totally the opposite. Will definitely use this branch for our holidays.👍👍
