Andrew- the agent I spoke to was so helpful in organising my trip, my family have used him for many years & he would always be the first person I would seek advice from, always given us the best deal (& I did check other deals on-line) Co-op travel are lucky to have him
Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable
Visited today to book a holiday was told it could be price matched with tui by a very helpful lady on front desk .however the manager refused to fully match the holiday resulting in me booking with tui direct. I found both the manager ignorant and offered no explanation. Will not return due to manager poor service. We holiday very regularly
