I considered switching pediatricians because my son needs regular blood work. When I called Young Pediatrics they said I could have my sons blood drawn there if Dr. Young was his doctor. I made a appointment to see her. She did her examination and a nurse came in to draw his blood. She couldn't get it and asked if I could come back to see a nurse practitioner. I said yes and made the appointment. I waited in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes. They finally called us back and took his blood. He has to go back 6 weeks late... read more
I love the staff and the doctor's never have had any problems.
The staff is always friendly, they remember my kiddos and treat them with respect. I'm grateful that everytime my kids are sick I can get them in same day - this has been true for six years!! Consistency, good care and compassion at the YP - thank you and keep up the great work
Let me start first with the nurses and Dr. Satterly are wonderful and I never had any issues with them and they were always polite and helpful with my questions... 2. I would suggest that the find better office staff though so here's the issue- I had an appointment for my older daughter we showed up at 430 and our appointment was at 425 I checked in at the young woman at the front desk told me to wait there which I did for 13 minutes with my husband and two children only for her to come back out and say sorry your appointmen... read more
Love the office and Dr satterly. Hate that it takes weeks to get someone to answer the phone or return my 50 messages...
Dr Young is amazing with my son, very thorough and knowledgeable. I trust her with his care.
