Everyone is so nice and friendly, and when your child is sick they get them in right away. Dr. Young has a great staff and Denise, the office manager, is excellent at running a smooth office. Best Pediatric office I have ever been to.

I LOVE Young Pediatrics! Dr. Young, Dr. Satterly, and Allison are ALL amazing and have gone above and beyond for both of my kids. I always leave the office feeling informed and reassured. I have had a few emergencies with both of my kids and took each of them there before rushing to an Emergency Dept. All 3 times they got my kiddos in within an hour (or less!!!) and treated them like they were their own kids I felt like. The ENTIRE staff is AMAZING and truly feel like family to me. Absolutely LOVE doctor Staci and doctor Allison! The receptionist however, is so RUDE! Doctor Young is amazing, both my girls love her. She makes sure she explains everything. My kids love going to the doctor because she is so sweet and makes sure everyone is comfortable. As long as you can deal with the rudeness from the receptionist whether it is on the phone or even coming in for paperwork or an appointment she is NEVER nice and always kind of stuck up or snobby. They always are thorough and efficient. Everyone you see in the office is pleasant and friendly.
In our 9 months as parents we have loved the quality care our son has received at each visit at young Pediatrics with Dr Satterly. Especially this past week with multiple illnesses he has had. They have made me and my son feel like a priority with compassion, patience and most importantly excellent medical care during our visits. As a new mom finding a pediatrician is a big choice and all of those who referred me to this office were spot on with their raving reviews.
I love young pediatrics! They are all so nice!!!!!
