RecommendedBoth of my children have seen Satterly, Allison and Lorts. All wonderful doctors!!! They are always helpful and able to get us in same day when they are sick! The nurse that answers questions (Beth I think) is so friendly and understanding! Also, the woman that does most of the vaccinations is fabulous! I highly recommend this office! I have heard a lot of complaints about their billing department and understand why because there is a woman that is very rude. BUT Amanda in billing is very nice and very helpful!!
The manager and staff in the billing department are very incompetent. They made a mistake regarding my bill and fixed it then turned around and said I didn’t pay. Then I was called back and apologized too for the mistake. Then they lied about another billing issue and said they called me and left a message and did not. Do not bring your children here! I’ve been coming to young pediatrics for 8 years now and everyone is always so nice!
I really appreciate the insights and info the staff and medical professionals have given me along this parent journey. And just a quick thank you for always getting to our calls and messages - our prescription I called in about was ready in no time.
Dr. satterly was an awesome doctor to our son, most of the staff was awesome as well. Dealing with the manager of billing was the worst experience I have ever had had to deal with, she was VERY rude anytime we talked to her, and is definitely a very unpleasant person all around.
Talk about a comfortable environment! Both doctors and Nurse Allison have been so amazing. Beth calls me back quickly when I have a medical question-- & answers questions/explains everything! I truly feel we made the best decision when choosing Dr. Young and her staff to take care of our kids. Thank you to the whole office staff, nurses, and doctors for making our experiences at the doctor's office as enjoyable as possible.
Dr. Young, Dr. Satterly (sp?), Allison (who we have probably seen the most-love her!!), the nurses, and the office staff are absolutely amazing. Such knowledgeable and kind individuals who truly care about my child’s health. I appreciate my child ALWAYS being seen right away when she’s sick. ❤️❤️❤️ I am very thankful I was recommended this office years ago!
Love he doctors and nurses here but I'm really close to finding a new doctor for my child just because no one ever answers the phone. You can call ALL day and they never answer. My child is sick and she could be better by now if they would have answered the first time. This is very aggravating when you have a sick child.
