We've had the privilege of seeing Dr. Young since our first child was born in 2007. Her and her staff are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. They know all four of my kids by name and are genuinely enthusiastic to see us. Dr. Young and the APN, Allison have always treated me and my husband with respect, taking our concerns and observations into consideration. They explain everything thoroughly and call to check on progress to ensure the boys are feeling their best.
My daughter is 9 months old and we have had nothing but good experiences so far. We have seen Dr. Satterly and Alison several times and have been always been happy with them and the nurses. I particularly love the nurse line for any questions and concerns. As a new mom, I have called a number of times and they have always been so sweet and helpful. The responded quickly and never made me feel like my questions or worries were stupid or unnecessary.
A huge shout out today for making my Grandson's script available for same day pick-up! We absolutely love the staff, the doctors and the resources they provide! My oldest grandson would not be here today if it were not for Dr. Young and her immediate actions!
The actual doctors are great, but it's almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone, you push the number you need get told your call is being transferred to that department no one answers so you get transferred to the reception desk where you get yet another recording......yes the same reception desk that the call originally went to.... you need to fix your phone problem....an answering service would be better than no answer at all.... 12 attempts and still no answer.....
We've used Young Pediatrics since my daughter was born 3 years ago. Dr. Young is amazing and so is the rest of the medical staff! They're open to hearing feedback and making positive changes to improve patient (parent) experience.
Young Pediatrics has left my son without his ADHD medication due to disrespect, lack of communication and neglect - they haven't sent his file to the new doctor either...and haven't returned my calls in weeks. Dr. Staci Young was awesome, but her staff and office manager forced me to change doctors. I don't recommend this place at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Over a year later and they still don't have the shot In my daughter needs.. Now they don't have another. When I ask them what I should do.. They respond "you can try and find a hospital that has it and can do it or guess you'll have to find another pediatrician"!!! Wow!!! Mind you I have been with them 10years!!! WHAT A FREAKIN JOKE!! My docs staci yet haven't seen her in at least 3years! Place has went even more down hill last few years....also I miss Libby Deff time for a change!!!!
