Great for a 1 night business stay. WiFi works perfectly, smart clean room with a fantastic walk-in shower, good pressure and hot water pretty much instantly. Evening meal was spot-on as well, really nice and reasonably priced. For me that's all you need for 1 or 2 nights, clean room, decent shower, decent WiFi and good food. I will stay again when in the area.

I was originally booked into Yorkway Motel to attend a metal detecting event but it was cancelled. I kept the accommodation with the intention to visit York. The hotel itself is fantastic kept to a very high standard. The staff are absolutely wonderful especially Loraine (with one L) and Michelle. I went into York on the park-and-ride which was at the recommendation of the barman and this turned out to be a great idea. I cannot rate this place high enough. Awful overall, room dirty, staff rude, food horrendous and an absolute waste of money. I would avoid this place.

For a basic hotel is was very pleasant experience and michelle was super helpful to us with some un-usual requests.
