Great experience of my first solo motorhome trip. India responded to all my questions prior to the holiday and it was lovely to meet her at the handover. Would recommend hiring from Yorkshire Motorhomes, a friendly and responsive family firm. The Autotrail F62 was ideal for me and came equipped with everything I needed

The whole team at YM are great, from booking, through collection and during rental support, I couldn't recommend them enough. Have used them twice now. Vehicles are top quality, but sometimes things go wrong (as they did at the end of our first week with a charging fault on the leisure battery, but the owner made sure we had a replacement van sat on the drive the following morning ready fro our second week, no quibbles. Faultless customer service

Great friendly, informative service. India and Darryl were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they were able to put my nerves at ease as this was the first time I'd driven a big motorhome, it turned out to be a doddle, they were right, 'you'll be fine' is still echoing in my ears. Fantastic throughout the whole rental process. All questions prior to booking were answered and support given based on personal experience to book the right motorhome for us. We went to look around the motorhome prior to our trip and were given a detailed handover on the day of collection. Everything was clean and working well. We had an amazing, memorable family holiday in the motorhome, thank you!
