Yokos communications was brilliant until the day of check-in… I didn’t check in until very late at night when it was pitch black outside. Why? Because apparently the cleaner was massively delayed (they were putting the two single beds together which is something I had made a request for, a good week prior to check in so they had plenty of notice). They didn’t arrive until 7 or 8pm at night, only to then be told that they didn’t bring the correct bedding, so all they did was push the two beds together. This was just the start... read more

I really love the interior design style at Yoko it feels warm and welcoming The accommodation is comfortable peaceful and quiet making it perfect for a relaxing stay The staff are friendly professional and always willing to help The bed is extremely comfortable ensuring a great night’s sleep This is definitely place I would love to return to on my next trip and I’m already looking forward to staying here again next Christmas
It’s a lovely place and fun for Christmas. Really great. I will return. Very happy. You could help the homely feel by more kitchen equipment more pots and pans and a coffee machine with pods. I also would like you to supply dishwashing soap and a few dishwasher tablets. More bathroom soaps and shampoos.
Great standard of accommodation. Local facilities all close by. Second Christmas we’ve used Yoko Properties to spend time with family in England. Will book using Yoko again next year.) Dog friendly
