Really lovely sessions, I've never taken to any yoga class before until this one. Very gentle, so relaxing but I can really feel it working. I have a lumbar disc problem and these sessions are helping enormously to stretch my spine and increase my mobility.

I went to a yoga class with Stefan, and it was such a great experience. His teaching style, based on the Yoga Synergy method, felt really thoughtful and approachable. The way he used rhythmic clicks during the flow made it easy to follow along, and the atmosphere was so welcoming people of all levels were encouraged and supported. I left the class feeling calm, refreshed, and like I’d learned something new. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

Doing yoga with Stef was a completely different experience, it was good and nurturing for the soul as well not just the body. He's very kind and explained things in a very easy way to understand even for beginners. Will go again

Stefan is a knowledgeable and supportive teacher, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere in his Synergy style yoga classes. Synergy Yoga combines traditional yoga with movement, focusing on ease and fluidity to balance flexibility and relaxation. I’ve never been particularly flexible and am no spring chicken, but always feel welcome and comfortable in his classes. I would highly recommended Stefan for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
