I've loved both pregnancy and mum and baby classes with Karen. The pregnancy class helped prepare me for birth, even though it was a C-section, it was still so beneficial. The Mum and Baby class is a great way to bond with little one as well as helping get fit again. Both very supportive and welcoming classes. Thoroughly recommend!

Wished I'd discovered Karen's yoga class earlier in my pregnancy! Karen struck a great balance between nurturing mind and body in a supportive group and I always left feeling better!

Great experience, attending the prenatal yoga class has really helped with joint pain and flexibility! Very relaxing and supporting as well.

I did several months of yogabellies with Karen when I was pregnant with my first baby. I absolutely loved it! The class is excellent for learning some brilliant breathing techniques to use during labour and Karen walks you through the yoga techniques brilliantly. Would highly recommend x
