My husband and I went to Ylva’s Equinox Sauna & Breathwork session held at the Knepp Estate. It was such a lovely experience learning about different breathwork and its benefits. Ylva is so knowledgeable and has a kind, calming energy. We did wild swimming inbetween sauna & Breathwork sessions. We had such a giggle too with all the other people doing it and the soup was delish. Thank you Ylva, we’ll definitely be back x
Two years ago I joined Ylva’s Wednesday and Thursday Vinyasa classes at Wivelsfield as a complement to the Hatha classes I’ve been going to for some years – it’s always interesting to experience the styles of different teachers. Ylva always holds space with care, laughter and she brings her radiance and love for outdoors to every session. I’ve been a couple of times to the sunset swim and yoga beach classes and they are really special. Thank you Ylva!

Ylva is a wonderful, caring, Yoga teacher who creates a unique experience in outdoor settings. Her sunset yoga on the beach at Tide Mills was just what I and my friends needed. It felt nourishing and relaxing. We were guided through a mindfulness class where we were taught to feel gratitude to our bodies for all that they do for us. Watching the clouds go by whilst lying down doing yoga, felt sublime. The sea swim afterwards was heavenly.
