Kiki converted me from a pilates-girl to a yoga lover 3 years ago and her classes are the highlight of my week. I have tried yoga groups more local to me but they focus purely on exercise and miss the mindful elements that Kiki skilfully weaves into every lesson. I leave her classes feeling stretched, happy, relaxed, and recharged. I cannot recommend her classes more highly .
Yoga with Kiki caters for all levels of ability, which I've found really helpful considering my limited yoga experience. I would certainly recommend.
