I've been going to Adrian's spin class now for nearly 21 months and absolutely love it. I do 4 sessions usually a week and feel so much fitter and toned also l have lost about a stone and half in weight. I definitely recommend it you will love it.👍😊😊

My mother (74 years old) and myself went to a Yoga class on Tuesday evening expecting the instructor to be helpful and sympathetic due to my mother being older and our first time trying Yoga! It could not have been more different. We had been advised that this was a beginners class when I called to ask prior to the session so therefore thought the instructor would have given us 5 minutes of her time to have a chat about the classes etc. No chat ..I had to catch the instructors attention to state that we were new to the very ... read more

fantastic experience. all levels catered for and fitness levels have increased amazingly since I started 3 weeks ago. totally recommend!
