Updated July 2025 Yoga Retreat & Spa Vimala organised another wonderful day at a wonderful location, perfect combination of energising and relaxing yoga with the Chill at the Yard hot tub and ice bath, even using the weather to create an immersive walking meditation in the gardens. I have just got back from the best retreat with Vimala. She creates a safe and relaxing space and goes above and beyond. The retreat was so well balanced and the yoga was suitable for all abilities which make it so inclusive. It was a really special event and I can’t wait for the next one. If you are sitting on the fence don’t - just book as you won’t regret it

I cannot recommend Vimala enough. From her yoga classes, 1:1s, retreat days, meditations and now her massages! She is knowledgeable, hardworking and puts her all into her yoga classes. I come out feeling I have moved and nourished my body through her guidance. Her professionalism is something you need in your life if you want to persue yoga seriously.
