Laura is such a caring considerate yoga teacher. I love doing her sessions that are adapted to suit each individual for whatever your needs, stress relief relaxation the feel good factor amongst a few and a person I can call a friend through her kindness. Thankyou Laura xxx

My favourite hour of the week is spent with Laura at yoga Messingham she somehow manages to bring a little peace, relaxation, exercise and yet fun into our busy lives. What’s not to love! I’ve gone to other yoga classes over the years on and off but Laura’s is by far the best wether you’re experienced or a newbie young or of advanced years she’s somehow created an inclusive class for all. Highly recommend.
