I am so lucky to attend Olivia's yoga classes, twice weekly. Olivia starts and finishes every class with her unique guided mediation and breathwork to re-tune my mind, to enable escape from overthinking about family and work during my time on the mat. All accompanied with some great music and beats! Olivia's yoga teaching is a calm blend of beautiful hatha and yogalates. We use yoga blocks, pilates balls and strength bands. Olivia is an excellent yoga teacher! I have been attending twice weekly sessions with her for the last 6 months, and feel that I have progressed really well, due to her thorough preparation, knowledgeable style of teaching and her care and attention to individual abilities. The yoga is very well-paced, very relaxing and also challenging at the right times. I have been delighted with Olivia's classes and can recommend her extremely highly. Thank you, Joe Power
