LOVE the Yoga & Therapy Center!!!! All of the classes that I've attended have been AWESOME!! Kaye's therapeutic yoga classes in particular have done wonders and helped heal chronic back pain that I previously suffered with for years due to 2 herniated cervical discs... Kaye and the other instructors are truly knowledgeable and caring and look out for each participant's varying needs and skill level... We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful facility as this in our community!!!
Good for all ages come and relax and observe the practice of yoga !!
