Disappointed after previously using this shop to sell gold for a fair price. I went this time after checking the website prices and checking my gold was hallmarked. The staff at first told me the rings had hallmark's and the other pieces of gold were not marked which at least one was. They offered me a price that was nowhere near the website price when I asked why there was such a difference I was told there was no hallmarks on my gold and that's why the price was low.
