So far they're unaccomodating for our crew. Res for 16 but they had us crammed like sardines and wouldn't give us another table. Ridiculous

My wife and I were in Riley Hospital with our little one and we ordered from Yard House through grub hub. We ordered two bbq chicken salads, but the salads came with no chicken. We called in and spoke to the manager and she said she would call us back after she spoke to grub hub to see if they'd deliver it again. She called us back and said grub hub wouldn't deliver again unless we placed another order. She felt so bad so she just replaced our order and dropped it off at Riley herself.
