My parents have bought their vehicles from Yankee Ford for as long as I can remember...I went in with my mother for her free oil change and left with a brand new car for myself!!! 😁 The team was AMAZING 🤩 Thank you Marty, James and everyone else who made this possible!!! From online to personal walk-in - Outstanding People!!
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Not only did I have one bad experience for something as little as warranty work, but 2 months later for the same job that was scheduled to be completed I ended up walking away before I even handed them my keys! They are mismanaged, poor quality, and really don’t care for customer service. I feel sorry for anyone who has purchased a vehicle here.

Yankee Ford is the only place to buy your next car. I was wandered in not sure if I could afford anything on my own and in a matter of a couple hours Shawn had me in a new Fusion hybrid, insurance and all. It couldn’t have been a better or more pleasant experience. This week I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. All this cold weather has been affecting my tire pressure. After a long shift at Maine Med today I called Yankee Ford to see if they could squeeze me in early tomorrow morning before I head in to work. Even though the service shop was closed, Mark told me to head over with the car and he’d be able to help out. Not only did they teach me how to check my own tire pressure, but they put air in the tires for me that were low. Now, THAT is service.
