Bought our last three vehicles there and also take it back for all service needed. Service department is very thorough and if it needs to stay for any length of time they come to you and explain the situation and if you can't wait they send you home in the van and will pick you up when it is ready. My car has been in and out of the body shop all summer between a crash and some regular maintenance work and I just can't say enough about Scott and Brant. They both have clear communication and really make you feel like family. 4 times this summer I had to move my carseats between one of their loaner cars and my car and each time Scott was happy to help me mind the babies, carry diaper bags and generally help me feel supported though the bustle of a busy garage with babies in tow.
