I cannot believe how many positive reviews I see. The service department needs an overhaul since it has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I recently took my car to Yankee for it's 100k service (timing belt, water pump, etc) because there was a special $30 off labor (all makes and models) during the Covid pandemic. It wasn't my idea to bring it there since I have a foreign car, but a friend of mine insisted these mechanics are versatile. Beware folks, DO NOT bring your car here if it is foreign!! Best service department experience ever at a car dealership! My service was regular maintenance items and right from the beginning, the 2 young gentlemen "greeters", to the service writers, and lastly the technician. All were polite, courteous, friendly, and helpful. As I waited for the service to be done, it was also done exactly when they said it would be. I like the new building and the new way they do the service procedure. I also bought my Fusion here and had a great buying experience as well. Thank you!

For all this business talks about transparency, my experience yesterday in South Portland was anything but. The salesman I worked with was very nice however was not transparent about financing. I was never shown any invoices or the value of my trade. Any time I asked about the monthly payment of the vehicle he was working on, his response was "the banks are working on it" which is fine at first, but it was not until the bank approved the loan that he finally told me the car payment was $150 over what I told him my max budget... read more

Yankee Ford definitely hires the best, between Matt Ivey and the finance officer they both made the whole experience way easier and so much better! thanks to these two gentleman I will definitely be a returning customer whenever I am in need of a new vehicle.
