Consistency of service is amazing here. The service after the same has been amazing. I bought my F150 used just over 2 years ago. Every service, including the one I had just a week ago... I am treated like it was the day I was buying a new vehicle. My GF purchased a RAV4 at a local dealership.... and when she recently called to have an emergency flat tire fixed, they told her “it would be two weeks” to get her in. I called Yankee. Bought my car back in June and I couldn't be any happier with the car or the services
Brought my 2020 F150 in for the third time to have the back up camera repaired. I was told when I dropped it off they were just gonna replace the camera because it was very common issue. I was then called and said they couldn’t get it to act up so there’s nothing they could do. I reminded the service advisor that he said he had ordered a camera. I hate car shopping and having to deal with crooked SOB’s! Yankee Ford was advertising a 2019 ford transit connect cargo van with only 3418 on it for 19,984.00 which isn't a bad price. I contacted the dealership to find out that vehicle was sent to one of their sister dealerships so I checked their website and sure enough the vehicle was in fact at that dealership. Was invited to their Summer Blowout sale even after I said I owed money on my car. The salesperson we were met with informed my husband and I that the only way he could get us in a vehicle was to do a voluntary repo on my car. He told us everyone is doing it because of COVID. Sorry, but I can pay all of my bills and I am not going to willingly put a repo on my credit so some salesman can get a sale. Will never return here. Took my business to Pape Chevrolet.

Go somewhere else! Took my truck in for a warranty glass repair and they ordered the wrong part. They also managed to crack the glass when it looks like they didnt even attempt to work on the door due to having the wrong parts.They proceeded to park my vehicle outside with the window open through an 18 hour rain storm that soaked the back of my ranger. After a very bad experience at Yankee Ford In Portland on Tuesday I would never recommend this place to anyone. Treated like crap by Billy. After making a deal with Bob on a new F150 Lariat and then going home to talk to my wife we decided to take it. Called the salesman Tuesday morning and ask if the deal was still good .
