Short Version: Yankee Ford is bar none the worst car dealer I have ever delt with. Their salesmen are slimy con artists. They use bait cars to lure you onto their lot to sell you a more expensive car. What do I like best? Everything about Yankee Ford. From the folks in sales to the awesome mechanics who work hard in the service shops. I have done business with Yankee Ford for over 20+ years and never had one problem. If you need a New or used Ford go to Yankee Ford and talk to Bob Esposito or Scotty Bonney, because they the best in the business.
I dealt with Matthew and Ethan when buying my 2020 Ford Fusion hybrid. I bought it during the coronavirus pandemic and they couldn’t have been more accommodating during this time. We did everything over the phone whether it be talking or texting and the car was delivered to my home in Brunswick where the paperwork was completed. This was a huge help so I didn’t have to leave my home especially having to now homeschool my child as well. Thank you guys so much and I will definitely recommend you to anyone.

Just purchased a 2020 F150, the experience was quick and painless. I have been doing business with Yankee for a while now and would highly recommend them. The service department always provides top notch service.
I can't sing the praise of Yankee Ford enough. It's been a difficult year and more than once Yankee came to our rescue and made us feel like family. In Feb. of last year our apartment building flooded, two days before the Super Bowl. Let me tell you getting contractors to come out on that particular weekend, forget that it's winter in Maine, is impossible. My most recent service was done on February 3 and it was done in a timely fashion. I was very pleased. When the car was finished, they called my name and I thought that maybe there was a problem, but no the car was finished.
Great Service and fast too! love the new digs and the people are always great.
