Just recently brought my 2018 Fusion in for the yearly inspection and oil change that was due. Service is always friendly and timely. Love that it doesn't take all day to complete these necessary tasks. Would definitely recommend this service department for quick service and expertise.
Last Saturday, 6/29/19 I met with Nate Brown. I was interested in a used 2017 Ford F-150 lariat. When Nate saw it wasn't exactly what I was looking for he steered me towards leading a 2019 Ford F-150 XLT. I had never leased before, but Nate answered all my questions and between him and the finance department I leased my first vehicle ever. You always hear about dealerships being unjust with their customers. However, Yankee Ford is the exception to this trend. In the 5+ years I've been taking my cars in for service, they have always gone above and beyond. Timely repairs, excellent customer service, reasonable pricing.
I would recommend Yankee Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I always receive excellent customer service here. Bourke makes vehicle shopping fun and easy - he is very patient with all of my questions! (I love my new Ranger, Bourke!) Also, the service department has been great as well!
Awesome just doesnt fully describe my recent purchase , Julie and crew met our desires and helped us aquire a 2012 Ford Mustang in just incredible condition. The finance manager got me the payment i was looking for and the whole process was first class. Thank You ALL at Yankee Ford.

Recently went into the service department for my inspection and an oil change and to fix a wheel balance issue ( Not their fault it was done somewhere else ) and as always it went very well. Despite all the construction, confined work space, confined waiting area space everyone was up beat and pleasant to deal with. Going through that whole construction process must be a daily struggle but from what I can see they are managing it very well and enjoy going there for the great service.
They listened to what I wanted in my new car and love my new Flex
Easiest car buying experience ever. Bill, my salesman was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend!!
