Sales and service has been great. I bought my Ford Escape last February. Cant say enough good things about Julie, Tyler, Marty in the sales department. They listened to me and what I needed and showed it to me. I didnt feel pressured to make a fast decision. Since the purchase I have been in a couple times for minor service stuff and the service department is helpful and friendly.
