Salesman never called to see how the new truck was. Also had a tire problem...out of balance flat spots. Brought the truck to the service department had the tires balanced they said it was good got on the highway just the same....could hardly stay on the road at 65. Ended up taking my 63 thousand dollar truck to prime where they replaced all the tires under warranty without question. Yankee Ford is a Joke.

I can’t say enough about Matt and all his guys in the service department. They are quick to make sure you are taken care of and will accommodate whatever you need from a ride or a loaner when available. Great service!!

RecommendedSalesman Billy Rowe was awesome He helped me find the vehicle I wanted, secured finance, and had my truck ready to roll 30 min after I walked in. If you want a hassle free sale go see Billy. He'll make you laugh
I love my new car but the best part was Julie. You should clone her. She made the dreaded car buying experience actually enjoyable. She saw to every little detail with no fuss and was extremely thorough. She is a great salesperson without being pushy which is very rare.
The Service Department is willing to work with you and your vehicle until the job is finished to your specifications. Highly recommend.

i probably should have written this a while ago.... but too busy enjoying my new ford escape ! was treated with....respect and felt like a very valued customer....not to mention i got an outstanding deal ....safe to say.....i am now a yankee ford customer......lob lov lov....my nrw car...thanks to all that made it happen.....

The sales staff and finance staff were professional and went the extra mile to make the purchase process smooth, and actually relaxing. Jay asked questions, showed options we might want and looked out for OUR interests in the final vehicle choice. Happy with the experience...start to finish!
