My husband bought a new 2015 f250 here, the motor blew in just over three years.... no help from Ford or Yankee, not even a, bring the truck in and we will take a look. The truck has been well maintained, oil changes etc, started making a noise while driving, pulled over after less than 1/2 mile, had it hauled to local garage and they took a look, said sadly it’s gone. When you buy a Ford product to support a company who doesn’t doesn’t take the bailout? You wind up with a blown motor just out of warranty and told you’re not loyal enough. Way to leave a supporter high and dry. 👏
Overall great experience! Had a great trade with my old car and great service. Everyone was easy to talk to, so thank you. Love the new car that I decided to lease. Thanks again to Dutch for all his help! I would recommend others to check out this location.

I have never been so appalled with a sales experience. While I was waiting for a car to look at (while with my two year old daughter), I overhear a sales person shouting into the phone to a customer: “why are you being such a bitch? I just sold you a car and now you’re being a bitch.” We were the only customers in the place and there were other salesmen huddled around this man as he’s shouting these things at the person on the other end, completely unbothered.
