I was in the area and i live over 60 miles round trip for Yankee Ford and needed an oil change but i knew i didn't have time because my wife was on the way to the doctors.I did have 15 mins that I could stop in to schedule a time for some other day.I got to the service desk and there i talked to Matt Dalton and just kidding i said can you change my oil in 15 mins with a filter he then took my keys and got it done i was out and picked up my wife and off to the doctors,WOW what service.I am sure that can't happen all the time ... read more

Had to have some repairs done to my truck. When I picked it up, it looked fantastic. The people, the service, the professionalism were all what you would expect from a top notch business. We currently have another vehicle being repaired at Yankee now because of the great experience with my truck. Keep it up Yankee. I’ll be back!!!

Another good experience with the service department at Yankee Ford. We discovered we had a stuck caliper while we were out of town. A call to the service department gave us confidence we could drive back safely. We got the car in that afternoon and it was ready to pick up the next morning at a reasonable price for parts and labor. This is a friendly, helpful, and responsive service department.
The best place in Portland, anywhere in Maine or New England for that matter to buy a new or used car!

Brought my car over because I was not getting any heat. Come to find out the pump needed to be replaced. The service department said it would be a long process and they gave me a car to use for 3 days. I have always had positive dealings with Yankee Ford and I have been a customer for many, many years.
